According to Gate News bot, Decrypt reports that European digital asset management company CoinShares has submitted a Solana Spot ETF (SOL ETF) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Prior to this, seven institutions, including 21Shares and Bitwise, have updated their related applications to the SEC. Bloomberg's senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that the approval probability for such products this year is 70%.
