BlackRock’s ETH ETF Surpasses 2M Ethereum, Hits $5.5B in Holdings
ETHA now holds 2,001,081 ETH, representing 1.65% of Ethereum’s total supply and totaling over $5.5 billion in managed assets.
The ETF saw $900 million in weekly inflows, including three of its top ten daily inflow days since launch.
All U.S. spot ETH ETFs now manage $13.5 billion, with BlackRock holding the largest share among institutional Ethereum investment vehicles.
BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) has reached a new milestone, now holding over 2 million ETH as of July 13. The ETF’s total assets under management have surpassed $5.5 billion, marking the fund’s largest accumulation since launch. ETHA’s holdings now represent more than 1.65% of Ethereum’s total circulating supply.
Over the past week, ETHA recorded inflows of more than $900 million. This made it the ETF’s strongest weekly intake to date. Three of the fund’s ten highest daily inflows were registered during the same week, indicating increasing investor confidence and demand for Ethereum exposure through regulated investment vehicles.
Ethereum ETFs Manage Over $13 Billion in Assets
The combined assets under management across all U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs have now reached $13.5 billion. These holdings account for nearly 3.8% of Ethereum’s market capitalization. BlackRock leads the segment, followed by other asset managers such as Fidelity, Bitwise, and Grayscale. Total net inflows across all spot ETH ETFs have exceeded $5.3 billion.
ETHA shares ended the week at $22.80, a gain of close to 17% from Monday’s opening price of $19.36. This marks ETHA’s most significant weekly price increase since May. The fund also broke through short-term resistance levels, with a notable rise in trading volume accompanying the price surge.
Ethereum Supply Continues Moving Into Long-Term Holdings
With ETHA now controlling a substantial share of Ethereum’s available supply, more ETH is moving out of the liquid market and into long-term storage. This trend signals a shift in Ethereum’s liquidity profile as institutional products take on a larger role in the asset’s market structure.
