Abstract generation in progress

GameSquare Holdings (NASDAQ: GAME) has priced its offering at 46.7 million shares at $1.50 per share, expecting to raise approximately $70 million. The majority of this amount will be used to rise to the sky the holdings of Ethereum, through a strategic alliance with the crypto asset management company Dialectic.

If the option to purchase an additional 15% is fully exercised, the total amount raised could reach 80.5 million USD. Along with the previously raised 9.2 million USD, GameSquare has raised a total of over 90 million USD in two rounds. The company stated that it is targeting Ethereum strategies that yield 8–14% on-chain, while also expecting regular revenue from staking and the rising price of ETH to create strong cash flow for reinvestment and expansion.
