BitBridge plans to go public on Nasdaq as a Bitcoin treasury company.
Golden Finance reports that according to an announcement released on Tuesday, BitBridge Capital Strategies will begin trading under the stock code BTTL before the end of the third quarter and plans to subsequently list on the NASDAQ main board. This initiative is being advanced following the completion of the merger with Green Mountain Merger Inc. Unlike other companies in the Bitcoin vault sector, BitBridge pointed out in a press release that it has no traditional business burdens. The company stated that its sole focus is on expanding the Bitcoin economy, building a strong Bitcoin reserve, and treating Bitcoin as a strategic asset to drive long-term shareholder value growth.
